Meet the Founder

An experienced teacher with a modern approach to learning

Richard Barry is a fully qualified primary teacher (QTS) with a strong foundation in both UK and international education. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a wide range of settings, including mainstream primary schools, special education environments, and international schools in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

These experiences have shaped a teaching approach that is both adaptable and grounded in a clear understanding of how children learn. Having worked with pupils from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs, Richard places a strong emphasis on inclusion, structure, and building positive relationships that support learning.
